The loft cabin is approximately 1000 sq feet with a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, and a loft with 2 queen beds upstairs. Bathroom area consists of a tub shower/toilet and separate vanity area. Full kitchen equipped with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The cabin also has a covered front deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. The Rockin' M Ranch is located on the Salt River 4 miles south from Alpine, WY. The majority of our rentals are short term, therefore long-term guests are expected to abide by the same property rules as other guests and some additional restrictions. Due to the furnished nature of this rental we realize that this may not be ideal for many renters. We are very particular in our choice for a tenant. The cabin would be ideal for the traveling nurse, medical professional, two single tenants. This is an absolutely beautiful location with a very private nature. We will not allow outside furniture to be moved into the cabin. One vehicle per tenant (up to 3), and we do not allow long term parking of boats, RV's, or trailers. We do allow recreational vehicles seasonally. Cabin amenities include electric heat, propane fireplace, TV, fridge/freezer, range, microwave, washer and dryer. Does not have a dish washer. All of the following utilities are included (paid by the land owner): power, propane, garbage service, and snow removal.

Beautiful log cabin with western decor. Very clean, well appointed, and fully furnished. Downstairs bedroom with queen sized bed. Loft upstairs with 2 queen sized beds. Full kitchen with pot, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. Bathroom has tub/shower and toilet separate from vanity area. Front room with TV, couch, gas fireplace. Eating area with custom table and 6 stools. Full sized fridge/freezer. Microwave and range. No dish washer. Washer and dryer in closet. Covered front deck with gas grill.
