This is an open, bright, split-level (kitchen/living room upstairs and bedrooms downstairs) duplex with a private entrance and two off-street parking spots. There is also a small unfenced back yard. It is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to hikes, stores, trails, restaurants and many main thoroughfares that take you to anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes. The space is thoughtfully decorated with local artwork, and has items available to borrow, such as books, bear spray, maps, bug spray, and more. All utilities are included. We are willing to discuss a lower price for longer stays. There are long-term renters in the other half of the duplex who are very friendly.

The space

The kitchen, dining, and living spaces are all upstairs, as well as a little reading nook and a half bathroom that includes a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms are downstairs - one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed - as well as the full bathroom with a bathtub and shower. If needed, there is a pull-out couch in the living room. There is a shed in the back for storage. We have stocked the home with toys, kids books, games, a high chair, a crib and more to accommodate families with little ones.
