This designated rental space has an open kitchen area, dining and living area with two large windows for light. The bedroom has one window with darkening curtains provided. Private bath has shower stall and vanity with storage. The kitchen area has 2 burner stove top, toaster oven, air fryer, microwave, crockpot, electric frypan, rice cooker, toaster, coffee pot, hot water pot and is fully stocked with all dishes, pots , pans, etc. There is not a standard oven or a dishwasher. The laundry area is shared and the owner will coordinate with tenant in advance for use. There is a private entrance into the rental area once in the home. The attached heated garage where tenant will have a designated parking space is a treasured amenity in the wintertime! The garage is shared with owner. Owner lives upstairs with a cat who would likely visit if the tenant's door to living area were to be left open. The tenant controls this. A monthly cleaning can be coordinated with the owner for an additional charge.
