Apartment · 550 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

The studio is approximately 500 square feet with a full custom kitchen and custom bath (large shower, no bathtub). The studio was extensively remodeled recently and sound proofing was installed which provides a quiet living space. Laundry (clothes washer and dryer) are onsite. My wife and I live in the main house and the studio is a room in the bottom corner of the house. Private entrance, lots of light, redwood cabinets, quiet and safe country setting, centrally located and more make this living situation very comfortable and enjoyable. We are located between Dominican Hospital and Watsonville Hospital and are 15 minutes to Downtown Santa Cruz (plenty of excellent restaurants, shopping, the Beach Boardwalk and more) and 40 minutes to Monterey (Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel, etc.). Big Sur is only an hour away! A five minute drive from the studio takes you to spectacular white sand beaches which provide great surfing and swimming activities or just enjoy the view and sunshine on the beach. There is a tremendous amount of hiking among redwoods or cliffs above beaches in the area.

The country studio has a private entrance and is fully self-contained. Located in a quiet country setting with chirping birds in the daytime and hooting owls at night, this unit is custom designed and constructed with high-quality appliances and construction. Neighborhood: Quiet and secure country setting yet close to Aptos Village and the beach.
