Custom home on 20 country acres alongside an 7-acre lake (not a pool) with dock, swimming, fishing, paddle boats, gazebo, fire pit. Meals and housekeeping can be included for a reasonable amount based on your needs. I enjoy hosting and helping people. Rental space -- Downstairs: spacious newly remodeled BR w/private bath(shower). Infrared SAUNA. Hardwood floors and tile. Upstairs: 2 BRs share full bath with enclosed toilet. You would be my guest to interact or be left in peace. Secure , quiet & peaceful. We have 2 happy dogs and a cat. We would allow a pet in SOME cases, but we do not have pet fencing. You can keep things in my kitchen, but you will also have dedicated space as needed. I have enjoyed sharing meal prep with past visitors if you like to cook.

The space

Downstairs: Enlarged BR w/Bathroom $1200. Upstairs: 1 bedroom and full bath. 1 person $900, 2nd person add $300. Add use of 2nd bedroom, $500. Semi-private entrance. Share my gourmet kitchen, dining and laundry. Your own mini-fridge and pantry space as needed. Patio with lake view. Deer, birds and wildlife to enjoy. Good exploring. Pet allowed with limitations.
