This bright, furnished Ardsley house offers a comfortable place to settle in while you're between homes, renovating, relocating, or spending a few months in Westchester. Start your day with coffee in the kitchen and come together for dinner around the six-seat dining table. Two inviting living rooms offer space to spend time together or find a quiet corner of your own. Three separate sleeping bedrooms, with one queen bed and two full beds, accommodate up to six guests. A separate study provides additional space. Four full bathrooms make mornings easier. A kitchen for everyday cooking, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, and an in-home washer and dryer help you keep the routines that make a place feel like home. Enjoy a residential Westchester setting with convenient access to Manhattan. Dobbs Ferry's Metro-North station is about 2.4 miles away-a short drive-with direct Hudson Line service to Grand Central. Driving and train times vary by traffic and schedule. Stays of 30 days or longer are welcome within the available dates, with a longer furnished tenancy preferred. All stays must end with checkout no later than March 17, 2027, when the home must be vacant for sale preparation. Please contact us with your dates and household size for current availability and complete rental terms. Every stay requires owner approval. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors, including shared areas. No recreational drugs, including cannabis, or illegal substances or activity. No parties or events. Only registered guests or occupants named in the reservation or rental agreement may stay overnight; unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Maximum six overnight guests; visitors require prior written owner approval. No loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior. Respect neighbors and guests in the other unit, including in shared spaces. No pets, subject to applicable assistance-animal requirements. Please report damage, leaks and breakages promptly and treat the home and neighbors with care.
