One bedroom, one bathroom basement apartment with private walkout entrance and shared back patio and backyard; rent priced for single occupant and no pets allowed. This apartment is huge, over 1200 sqft with new carpet (May 2025), and includes a kitchenette with dishwasher and washer/dryer. The kitchenette has all dishes, cookware, utensils, airfryer/toaster/small oven, coffee maker, induction burner-plate and microwave. My family and I live upstairs so you will hear people coming and going as we walk around, vacuum, etc. We also share a thermostat that is controlled upstairs, but it is equipped with smart-sensors in the apartment to help with temperature regulation. The unit has its own electric heater with a thermostat so you can control the heat as needed. Bedroom has a king size bed and the bathroom includes a tub/shower with all linens. Living area has a 75" Smart TV (you provide your own streaming services). There is an unfinished storage area off the apartment that you may use and we may need to access it from time to time, but will notify you before entering. The sidewalk from the driveway parking spot to the private entrance is on an incline with stairs. This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with a pool (1 block away, open Memorial Day to Labor Day) and hiking trails within walking distance. Grocery store, restaurants, gas station, gyms, Starbucks and CVS within a 7 minute drive. By car, Golden is about 12 minutes away, Boulder about 20 minutes away and downtown Denver about 35 min. Minimum 30 day lease; minimum is 60 days if you want the option to go month-to-month. Application fee of $45 to be paid by renter via KeyCheck.
