The living room features lots of room and a big screen Roku TV next to a large, fully stocked chef's kitchen. The rooms are large and sunny, with blackout curtains and extra pillows and blankets. The master suite is equipped with a Roku TV and a bath with a large spa tub and a step-in shower! Born and raised in the region, we love, live, and breathe WNC as well as international travel, and our home is infused with little gems. Many decorations and photos from around the world adorn our home. Located in a cul-de-sac on a side road means we dont get much traffic, but are still very conveniently located. Enjoy your time at the house, walk to the Parkway, or use the space as your home base to the city or region! Tenant access There is ample parking directly in front of the house. Please do not park in the driveway area, which is shared with our lovely neighbors. Other things to note Pets are allowed only upon approval from the hosts. Please let me know the dogs breed and size and if the dog is house trained. Please clean up the yard from your dog and vacuum before leaving. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds and couch. Pet fee is $50 per pet. Upon approval of multiple pets, I will send you a request for the additional charge.
