This beautiful, cozy, private studio is above a detached garage. The stairs are outside but covered. They lead to a private landing (and entrance) with a table and chairs. You can glimpse the mountains at the top of the stairs and there are distant mountain views from the great room in winter. There is a dedicated parking area (2 cars) with plenty of security lighting. Although it is small (292 sq. ft. + 78 sq. ft eave storage), it has a great design, use of space, and plenty of storage. * In the great room, the new queen size bed slides into the eave to create a couch. There is a drop leaf desk and shelves. Storage in this room includes two side tables with two drawers each and a storage ottoman. * Clothes storage includes a 4-foot closet with shelves, and a 5-foot x 24-inch cabinet. * The kitchenette includes a large stainless sink with garbage disposal. The Refrigerator [4.5 cu ft (3.3 fridge + 1.2 freezer)] is located on one side of the closet. There is 9.5 x 25 counter space with counter-top appliances (Microwave, Toaster Oven (12 pizza), Hot Plate, Slow Cooker (6-qrt), Electric Skillet, Keurig and Electric Water Kettle). Additionally, there is cookware, bakeware, utensils, and gadgets along with dishes, cups, glasses, and silverware. * Storage in the kitchen includes an 8-foot x 18-inch cabinet, and under counter cabinets (an 18-inch 3-drawer, a 24-inch 3-drawer, a corner cabinet, and a sink cabinet). * The Bath Vanity has a sink cabinet with 2 drawers. Additionally, there are shelves with storage baskets over the toilet. * Lastly, there is a 6-foot x 13-foot eave storage area.
