We are excited to share our new 2-bedroom unit apt. Great for working locally for brief period of time, those passing through with a small family, a couple on an adventure through the Finger Lakes, visiting friends and family, or a brief get away. This private, quiet and peaceful unit has on and off street parking, sidewalks and paths for walking, several seating areas around the building, including front side, small deck, covered patio, backyard. Your unit comes with parking for 1-2 vehicles, and fully loaded 2-bedroom unit with use of grill and 2 person saluspa hot tub on the premises. We also have an area in the backyard for outside enjoyment and a fire pit.

The space

confortably fits 1-2 adults in large bedroom and 1 adult in smaller bedroom. We will rent out either entie unit or each room with apt sharing (650 each person). We no longer allow animals. Unit is fully fursished with some extras included. Tenants have usage of the grounds, back yard with firepit area, covered patio and grill area and 2 person hot tub. Includes off-street parking for 1-2 cars and onsite laundry room downstairs. No storage available. Covered area for a bike. Rental options available.
