My condo is a small, calming home in a wonderful neighborhood. The building was built in 1963, but I did a full-gut renovation on my unit. I've designed the entire thing and thought about every little detail to make the most use of the space. My unit overlooks a quirky, very-Austin outdoor bar/italian food truck/theater. On the other side, the unit overlooks the large building pool; which has a deep end! **The building is quiet and safe; however (disclaimer), it is old and the upkeep in the common areas are not up to my standards.** I would hang out out inside my condo, or I'm out and about around the city. The bedroom has a Queen Sleep Number bed, which allows you to customize your firmness on each side. There's also a desk for working (and 2 wifi access points in the unit). The bathroom has a dual head shower and a bidet.
