Minutes from Lost Creek waterfall, Barton Springs, Zilker & top restaurants. No parties; 4 guests max.Pets considered with fee/deposit. ***only available for 30+ days rent in June. July, August, September and January (possibly February) of every year. Please do not ask if it's available for longer term rentals outside of that period; this is my home base for the year so I do not extend into other months.

The space

**The Home** A completely remodeled two-story organic modern retreat with light oak floors and vaulted beamed ceilings. The lower level holds the primary suite with serene forest views, plus a second bedroom. Upstairs, soaring ceilings anchor two living spaces, a dining area, bar, and two guest rooms - all opening onto a massive furnished deck with a second pergola seating area beyond the garden. Every bed is king-size with high-end mattresses. This one lives like a luxury retreat.
