Comfortable lakeside cottage with shared access for kayaking and paddle boarding, and fishing on a peaceful quiet lake. Nice yard with lots of privacy and beautiful trees. 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a full kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace. This is a short term rental with utilities and internet included. Pets are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee. Parking is available as well. Private road. Hannaford shopping center, banks, Dunkin' Donuts , summer miniature golf is a short drive away and walking distance to Lakeside Farms where you can buy local eggs, bread, muffins etc and enjoy breakfast and lunch. For Kayaking and paddle boarding, its just a short walk to the shared private lake area and we have boards for you to use or bring your own.

The space

The monthly rent is $2,500 a month utilities included October thru June. This home offers flexible seasonal pricing, with higher rates during the peak summer months and more affordable monthly rates available from October through June.
