Includes heat, hot water, electric, trash, internet. You have a small private deck with grill. Seasonally, you are welcome to enjoy the picnic table with umbrella and chairs throughout the yard. Large lawn to play games and lounge. There is a river across the street where you may enjoy fishing or swimming. There is an interstate nearby than can be heard, including through the bedroom windows. The traffic is not heavy but the logging trucks are definitely noticeable.

The space

Cozy updated apartment. Kitchenette is currently an efficiency set up with plug in cooktop, broiler/toaster oven, and microwave. Great for easy meals and reheating. Not ideal for large quantity food and meal prep. Truth be told, my place is perfect for someone who is simple yet loves a clean, safe, comfortable space with all the necessary touches. I always take the time to talk with you in advance to help set up and furnish your space so that you will feel at home during your assignment. Just reach out!
