AVAILABLE TO RENT BY BEDROOM OR AS AN ENTIRE UNIT, PLEASE INQUIRE FOR PRICING AND AVAILABILITY. This is an older home built in the early 1900s so it has its quirks but weve put a lot of work into making it a comfortable, quiet, fun, and clean home for traveling professionals visiting the Green Mountain State! Its a large first floor unit with two living areas, eat-in kitchen, 1 bathroom with tub, and 3 bedrooms (the suite has its own living area). There are also 3 deeded off-street parking spots, one of which is covered. The house used to be a single family and was converted into a duplex years ago. We live upstairs (with our own private entrance) with our two Alaskan Malamutes and chickens, who obviously live outside. Being Malamutes they howl at sirens and they like to talk back to us but it shouldn't be a nuisance. They LOVE people. The chickens may make noise but overall they are pretty quiet and keep to themselves. We let them free range in the yard. We have a hammock and fire pit in the fenced in yard, which we use seasonally, and you are welcome to use it as well as the grill.
