This property is above the garage (second floor) of our home at the end of a street with a seperate entrance from the house. Mostly quiet neighborhood. We have three dogs two are hounds so they will bark briefly when they go outside. I work from home two days a week. Apartment has access to a fenced in back yard. We both work M-F days so our awake at home times are 6:00am to 8:00am and then again from 4pm-10pm. One of the walls of one of the bedrooms wall is adjacent to our kitchen which is why I mention awake hours.
