South Shore Stays is a private residence. When booked, it must be used for personal leisure time and can not be used for any meetings of any kind, interviews, photo/film shoots, parties, fundraisers, or anything other than quiet peaceful enjoyment. If any of these are done without permission, the rental agreement becomes null and void. This is a private, quiet residential townhouse intended to be enjoyed by the guests. The comfort of all guests is my priority and must be protected. Please do not move the furniture around. A $200 fee will be charged for cleaners to have to rearrange. Newly modeled, cozy with central air and own thermostat to adjust heating & air. 1st level has a full kitchen with stove, refrig, coffee brewing station, microwave, utensils, pots, airfryer. Bedroom with ensuite (no livingroom area,no couch) & additional 1/2 btrm. 2fl has 2 bdrm's & full btrm. All spacious with lounging areas. Close to hospitals, the Fire Island watertaxi, dining, ocean beaches & state parks.
