Neighborhood: Our apartment is centrally located in Bellingham, close to lots of shopping, services and the I-5 freeway. We are in a quiet upper middle class neighborhood . Lots of trees, birds, bunnies and deer are part of the ambiance. Park in our driveway with a designated space. 12 outdoor stairs lead to the apartment in the lower part of our home, facing a landscaped private yard and patio. There are cheaper apartments in Bellingham, but many are rented by college students and are not quiet.
