Charming cottage only a few blocks from the waterfront. Gardens and privacy fencing keep this gem hidden, but the entirety of downtown is minutes away on foot. Brew pubs,restaurants, and coffee shops radiate around our location, in any direction. And only eight minutes from St. Joseph Hospital! We are a unique location, in a unique town! Utilities,cable,wi-fi included. We only provide basic cable,but please do not purchase movies. If we see that movies have been rented,we will just deduct from the original deposit! Thank you for your understanding! Our guests are responsible for cleaning the unit during term of rental- All supples are stocked,as well as a vacuum cleaner and all necessary tools and products for easy cleaning! We have installed a new heat pump, so no issues with climate control. We have had a problem in the past getting out pungent odors from the cooking of fresh shellfish. Please be mindful when preparing seafood to be sure all odor producing remnants be disposed of immediately, and the running of the disposal with soap to kill the lingering odors. Thank you!

100 sq feet of extra ,secure space for bike storage. All pet stays will be discussed in advance,as certain types of dogs are exempt, and we do not accept cats,without exception.. Thank you for your understanding. Neighborhood: This house is within the downtown boundaries. So everything here is within walking distance. Coffee shop across the street! And down to the Salish Sea. You can enjoy all the bounty of both Skagit,and our Whatcom counties,with the finest of organic produce in our Saturday Market,open seasonally,or many other stores such as Trader Joe's( we have two!) Whole Foods,and many others. If budget conscious, there is Winco ,where you can buy fresh,organic vegetables and 10 minutes away.
