Room · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

You'll have your own space and privacy in our mother-in-law suite rental unit. It consists of a bathroom, kitchenette/laundry room, and bedroom. The space is separated from the rest of the house by a sliding pocket door. Your entrance is through the garage. We enter your rental space once a week to do laundry but otherwise we treat it as a private apartment and won't enter without notice/permission. We have a friendly dog but she doesn't enter the rental. It's not a big space but has the essentials and offers privacy.
