Spacious daylight basement unit with separate entrance and driveway parking for up to two vehicles. Comfortably fits up to a family of 3. We live upstairs with our dog and two kiddos so there is some overhead noise. Neighborhood: Situated in the Samish Hills neighborhood of Bellingham next to the Padden Gorge Trail. Makes for an ideal location for bikers, runners, and walkers. Close to Fairhaven for shopping or dining, and easy freeway access for commuters.
