Suite is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a Victorian home located less than 1 mile from both downtown Bellingham and Western Washington University. St. Joseph Hospital is only 3 miles away. The suite has a study/eating area on the 2nd floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor. The suite is bright with views of both the ocean and mountains. We (owners) live in Vancouver, Canada and come to stay in the house periodically. While we are away the tenant has full access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and front and back gardens. When we at there we ask that you respect our privacy. We are not there in April and we estimate a couple 3-day visits per month in May and June. In July we will be there more but not full time. Whilst most of the time you have almost the full house to yourself.
