Location is amazing. Close to restaurants, shops, COCC, and west side bike/hike trails. Easy access to Cascade Lakes Hwy for getting to the mountains. Enjoyable outside deck with grill and outdoor seating. The unit is an ADU on a property with full time tenants who have a well-behaved dog. Please note, apartment is on the second floor and requires steps to access. Off street parking is available. The garage on the unit is not accessible due to owner occupation/use.
