This is a one bedroom apartment-style attached dwelling unit (ADU). It is located above our garage. We installed a belt driven garage door to ensure the unit is quiet. The unit is accessed from the alley by a flight of stairs directly to the units front door. Dedicated parking for the unit is at the bottom of the stairs for convenience. The ADU is located off the alley on the backside of the property. There is a main house on the property facing the street. Garbage and recycling are shared for the property.
