Owner prefers female renters and NO remote workers. Two story - 2400 sq ft home, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms 2 living areas. Very nice backyard that has patio furniture in warmer months. Owner has one renter at a time. The house is located in SE Bend, 15 minutes to anywhere in Bend. If you want less than a 3 month stay, the rent will be adjusted.
