FULLY FURNISHED PRIVATE ROOM RENTAL (happy to unfurnish/store your furniture in the garage if you have furniture!) Looking for a roommate in my home in SW Bend! Women in their mid-20s to mid-30s only, please! No dogs, but cats and other small pets are negotiable. Available now through March 15th, with a minimum 2-month stay. I just moved to Bend in April and am looking for someone to rent my fully furnished guest room! I work remotely, so spend a lot of time at home, but I will be traveling during the summer, so you'll have a lot of time in the home to yourself. Still looking for a roommate for my 3rd bedroom, and you'd share your bathroom with her! I have two cats, so you must be good with pets! No dogs, but cats negotiable if we do a meet-up with our cats first. I also have a boyfriend who spends the night about 3-4 times a week. Home also includes a driveway parking space, lots of storage space in the garage, and a beautiful back yard and covered pergola area with furnishing. Central A/C also! Price includes utilities. Deposit of one month's rent is due upon signing lease and will be returned upon move-out if there is no damage or lease breakages.
