This is a very nice, clean, and friendly neighborhood. It is on a short looped street with almost no traffic. The cottage is immaculate and nicely furnished with nice wood and tile floors. The garage between the cottage/ADU and the main house allows for virtually no transmission of sound between the two.
The space
Recreational opportunities are endless in Central Oregon. Come enjoy the hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, breweries, you name it! This is a very nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to all that Bend has to offer. Deposit is refundable minus damages. Neighborhood: Nestled on a quiet street is this immaculate one bedroom, one bath ADU. It is separated from the main house by a two car garage and has its own entrance.
