For stays that start in the winter and go into the summer can be negotiable. Experience tranquility in this peaceful, serene home set on a 1-acre property. Located across from 20 acres of undeveloped land, with a canal running along the back, this home attracts plenty of wildlife. Enjoy ample space to unwind and connect with nature. Sip your morning coffee on the front deck while watching the birds feed. Roast marshmallows by the fire pit, watch TV in the outdoor kitchen while grilling, or take a soothing soak in the hot tub before bed. The home features 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and an office. NOTE: Risk for young children due to a steep drop off the patio. The hot tub is not secured and fenced. And the house in not child proofed with lots of breakable items. Renter will assume all responsibility. We welcome well-behaved dogs up to 60 lbs (maximum of two dogs). No cats, please. For dogs over 20 lbs, we kindly ask that they remain off the furniture. Dogs are welcome to play in the fully fenced front yard, while the backyard is not securely enclosed. Please note that we have a friendly stray cat who has adopted us and the backyard is his space, where he eats and sleeps in his kitty condo. When you're ready for adventure, explore Bends outdoor offerings, whether its hiking trails or floating the river. Location: 5 miles to Bends Old Mill with shops and restaurants. 5 miles to Hayden Homes Amphitheater for concerts. 7 miles to downtown Bend 3 miles to the High Desert Museum 11 miles to Benham Falls for hiking 13 miles to The Village at Sunriver

The space

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but only has 2 beds as the third bedroom is an office. We'd prefer to have only 2 people living full-time in the house, 3 max. If you have visitors for short stays, that's great but we only want 2 singles or one couple to live in it full-time. Or possibly a couple and one child that is on the older side. Not a good home for small children. For an additional guest of the renters, we have a twin luxury air bed that can be assembled in the office for short stays. Neighborhood: Ranch style country home in Bend. (Dogs ok)<br />Our street is not far from the freeway entrance, but it feels like you're miles away. Our street is 1/4 of a mile of homes that all sit on 1 acre properties. Across the street is 20 acres of undeveloped land. Our street is not a true street so theres not much traffic. There are only about 7 houses in a court past our house.
