The property features a beautifully appointed 1-bedroom apartment upstairs with high-end modern finishes, located over a pristine, climate controlled toy barn below. Outside, your private backyard oasis awaits, blending resort-style amenities with unparalleled functional space. Premium Compound Amenities: The Toy Barn: Two large garage bays with polished concrete floors and full HVAC climate control. One bay features a massive 14-foot clearance door (perfect for Class A motorhomes, luxury Sprinter vans, or boats), and the second features a standard 8-foot door. There is a locker room and half bath (toilet and sink). The small bay also includes a pull out twin size convertible couch for short-term guests, although it is important to note this is an open space so it does not function as a second bedroom. Detached Tiny Office: A separate, incredibly chic modern cabin tiny office on wheels. Fully powered and climate-controlled, it offers the ultimate quiet, dedicated WFH Zoom studio away from the main living quarters. 100% Solar Powered & EV Ready: Live net-zero. The entire compound runs on solar power (no electricity caps for your HVAC use) and includes a dedicated Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charger inside the garage. Dog Owner's Paradise: Bring your well-behaved four-legged companions! The property features a fully secure, private grass dog run. The polished concrete floors in the garage mean easy cleanup and no stress. (Sorry no cats!) Resort Style Outdoor Living: Unwind after a day on Mt. The space

Upstairs apartment has single washer / dryer unit, microwave, gas stovetop and oven, dishwasher, disposal, gas (turn on) fireplace, two mini-split HVAC units and air purifiers to help if/when there are air quality challenges outside. Living room is furnished with large leather sofa and two chests of drawers. Upstairs bedroom has a single closet with dual hanging space, shelving, and two dressers for clothing. King bed is composed of two twin beds together, both adjustable, and whole set is only 1 year old. Neighborhood: Southern Crossing is conveniently located near all of Bends major attractions.
