The home resides in the lovely River Canyon neighborhood. We have an HOA that requires maintenance of the yards so the homes are well kept and pristine. There are wonderful walking paths and trail access to the Historic old Canal and Deschutes River. The trailhead isjust a half a mile from the house. We are in a great location just 2 miles from the Old Mill district and 1 mile from Brookswood Plaza, which has restaurants, snap fitness, a wine bar and shops. The home is extremely well-maintained and well appointed. We have a large backyard with grass, flowering plants and mature trees.

The space

Your room is on the second floor and includes a large dresser and closet, two nightstands and lamps. It has blackout shades and its very private. Your bathroom has a shower/tub combo with curtain and is decorated nicely. Neighborhood: I am in the river Canyon development, which is a lovely HOA managed well cared for Community. The Historic Old Canal river access trail is only half a mile from my house. I am 2 miles from the Old Mill shopping center which offers river sports, restaurants, bars, retail, shopping, movie, theater, and more. There are beautiful parks and areas for walking. My home is a little less than a 1 mile walk to Brookswood Plaza, which has multiple restaurants, snap fitness, a wine bar and some shops.
