This two-bedroom, one-bath home is a newly built pole building with one half as a cute apartment offering a clean, open floor plan and a comfortable, laid-back living experience. With only one nearby neighbor barely visible from the home, you'll have a quiet and private setting, plus a large fenced yard that works well for dogs. The property sits on 5 acres and borders national forest land, giving you direct access to outdoor space for riding mountain bikes, exploring trails, or simply enjoying the surroundings. There are 3 kayaks,and 2 bikes also there,along with life jackets. The winter could be snow,we will have it snowplowed. No deep snow winter of 2025.. Light dusting. Inside, the open-concept layout connects the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, and stove, also keirug with frother as well as a breakfast bar with four stools. It also includes a farmhouse sink, pull-down faucet, floating shelves, and on-demand hot water. Cooking,bakeware are provided for convenience,fully equipped kitchen every cooking tool,also a crockpot,,cookware and so much more. The living room features a large sectional couch, a coffee table, and a smart TV,surround sound stero system and a gas fireplace that lets you adjust both the heat and the color. Heated downstairs floors keep the home comfortable, while it naturally stays cool in warmer months,floor fans are in each room,also split AC/heater. We have put a top of the line water filtration system there as there is well water. Tested perfect! The loft serves as the main sleeping area overlooking the kitchen, adding an open feel to the space. The first bedroom includes a king bed, a chair, nightstands, a barn door closet, a TV, shades, and darkening curtains,noise machine. The second bedroom features bunk beds. Full on bottom,twin on top.. There is a small stand with two wicker drawers, also a clothes hanging/shelf on the back of the door,but we can always add a small dresser in either room there is a small foam chair that pulls out to a twin that could be taken out for more room.. The room is pretty small. There is a new packnplay,portable highchair,baby gate that I have no idea how it works. Also a new queen blowup mattress with a soft mattress topper There are lots of new pillows too,new bedding. We just started it on airbnb in May. The bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower and a double vanity and is stocked with starter toiletries and a hair dryer. Outside, enjoy a front porch deck with paver-style bricks, a hot tub, patio seating, hanging patio lights and a gas fireplace. The area gets very dark at night with no street lights, creating a calm, quiet atmosphere. You're also close to the Deschutes River and about ten minutes from Sunriver, where you'll find a store,,different shops,restaurants,there are food carts,breweries not far from the store, there are gas stations,Ace hardware,PO,vets,etc. Theres a great pizza place, brewery, resturants and a coffee shop and many small outlet stores. Parking at the property is extensive, with room for multiple vehicles. Utilities, WiFi, washer, and dryer are included,also hottub service if you would like or you can take care of the hottub. Pets are allowed !! and smoking is not permitted.
