This is a three level home in a quiet residential neighborhood; walk to the river trails, walk to downtown, and a 9 minute drive to the hospital. The 1st floor is a private-entrance apartment, completely renovated. There are no stairs. There is a bedroom with ensuite living area, (most suited for one person) eat-in kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven/air fryer, and outdoor grill. One full bath with a shower, no tub. Washer/Dryer in unit. Bed linens will be exchanged twice per month, and as needed. The owners live on the two upper levels, with two small, (mostly) well-behaved dogs:)
The space
This is a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with old trees, close to many trails. One of the trails is a ten minute walk to downtown along the river.
