The ADU is located above the garage with a private entrance takes you up the stairs to the apartment (indoors, so you dont have to worry about the ice and snow in the winter!). The apartment is decked out with a full kitchen with quartz countertops, built in eating nook, full washer and dryer, cozy bedroom, and a beautiful tile shower with built in skylight.
