Great location to live in Bend but also a great place to escape into nature. Mountain bike out your back door or walk across the parking lot to the exercise room and pool area. Hiking trails along the river just below the resort. The closest property to Mt Bachelor.
The space
Fully furnished. Considered a studio but has a small bedroom. 1 bathroom with bathtub. Main bed is a queen murphey bed in the living room. Great ground-floor space with back patio. The tiny bedroom has a bunk bed but the bed could be removed with option to keep that room as storage/closet. Small outdoor owners closet for more storage. Property has been a vacation rental but wanting to get someone in long term. Includes once a month house cleaning. No pets or smoking. Neighborhood: Beautiful resort on the road to Mt Bachelor. 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna, exercise room, hiking trails, mountain biking and more.
