This home is really quiet located on a dead end street, peaceful, and fully stocked - I live here most of the year. Living room has big windows and is open to the dining area and kitchen, with a big gas fireplace and 65" OLED smartTV with soundbar. Great kitchen with everything you need. It has 3 bedrooms but one is setup as a home office with a standing desk, facing the backyard. Very fast and reliable fiber internet (I work at home). Both other bedrooms have memory foam mattresses and down comforters. All three rooms have cadet heaters that control the temperature independent of the rest of the home. Bathroom is spacious with new LG washer/dyer, big closet, and full sized bathtub/shower. Backyard has a deck, patio with furniture, string lights, firepit, and is fully fenced. Central location has easy access to the parkway, four food truck lots are an 8-15 minute walk, downtown and the river are 1.5 miles, Mt Bachelor ski resort is 22 miles. Fun toys to use: two person kayak, two paddleboards, two adult snowshoes. Optional additions: awesome house cleaner for $130/visit. Ideally would love a tenant from November 1 - March 1st(flexible) but long term stay preferred. All utilities and wifi included in rent price. Any questions, please ask!

The space

Is actually 3 bedrooms, one is setup as a home office with a standing desk that faces the backyard. Dog door insert on sliding glass for dogs to go in/out. Fully fenced backyard is small but with a deck, patio with furniture, and grassy area - fully fenced. Bedrooms are smaller but comfortable, each with their own cadet heater to control temperature separate from the rest of the house. Neighborhood: Home is on a dead end street, no traffic and very quiet and peaceful. 1 block from a park.
