This Cottage or Apartment Unit has recently been remodeled and is newer. The furnishings are new. This unit is surprisingly private, as I can never tell when someone is in the unit. This unit shares a wall with the main house but has been sound proofed. There are two TV both with fire sticks, the back patio has a fire pit, and a great view of the stars at night. Your patio is private. I have a everything you will need to stay for a while. The neighborhood is a safe and quiet blue collar neighborhood. My property is a 1/2 acre and so are the other properties in the neighborhood. Its on the north end of town, and easy to get to the airport, hospital or down town. Hospital is less than 12 minutes away. Pets are welcome here, but the fence is only 3' tall so if you have a jumper they will escape, and shouldn't be left outside. If you are bringing a dog, and you plan on leaving the dog alone, Kennel trained is preferred. There is a pet fee and the pet will need to be vetted. (qualified as safe, well behaved and calm). I use this Unit as a short term unit in the summer and I will consider keeping a tenant through summer, but the rent will increase.

Double Walled sound proof between the units. Neighborhood is quiet and the lots are 1/2 acre. Neighborhood: Blue collar built in the 70s, 1/2 acre lots, plenty of space between Nieghbors, safe.
