Looking for a roommate to share a spacious 3-bedroom, 2,200 sq ft home in a quiet North Bend neighborhood just off OB Riley. The furnished or unfurnished room shares a bathroom with one other person. There's also a large upstairs bonus room that can be used as a home office/workspace, plus a spacious kitchen and pantry with plenty of room to spread out. There's currently one cat and one dog in the home, and we're open to another pet if it feels like the right fit. We're active Bendites in our mid-30s with busy schedules who enjoy having a lived-in home that feels clean, comfortable and peaceful. We're looking for someone in a similar age range who is responsible, easygoing and respectful of shared space. If this sounds like it could be a good fit, send a little bit about yourself, what you're looking for, and your ideal move-in timeline!
