I'm renting out a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in my 3 bed/2 bath home on a quiet ½ acre lot in Bend. I'm the only person currently living in this house and plan to only rent one room. The property + space: - $900/month (+ utilities) with a month to month lease - The bedroom has a relaxing and inviting environment to rest in after a long day. - The bedroom has a closet with a dresser. There is full access to 1 other closet in the house. There are two large bins under the bed for extra storage. - You'll have access to the garage where there is additional space for storage (bikes, skis, etc). - The house sits on a quiet ½ acre property. There is room for additional outdoor storage on the property if needed: trailer, snowmobile, van, etc. - There is a TV/ workout room - The 3rd bedroom is used as my office - The house has a convenient location. It's 3 miles to St. Charles (hospital), 0.5 miles to the canal trail, 3 miles to the Deschutes River and Old Mill shopping center, 1 mile to restaurants and a coffee shop, and 4 miles to downtown Bend. A little about me: - I'm a 40 year old female who works in healthcare. I love skiing, mountain biking, surfing, and running. While I love exploring, I'm equally happy having a quiet night in. - I have a loving 12-year-old pup who lives with me about 50% of the time. - I've had great relationships with past roommates and have enjoyed having a home where roommates can occasionally share dinner, watch a movie, or hang out when we're both around. The space

The neighborhood is quiet, has incredible views of the stars, has old growth trees, and all the lots are large. You feel like you're in nature, but at the same time you're only 0.5 - 4 miles away from amenities including the hospital (St Charles), restaurants, coffee shops, trails, the Deschutes River, and downtown Bend.
