This two-bedroom duplex has a king, the second room is set up as a home office with a desk and futon/single bed. It has everything you need for your month (or several months) stay in Bend. It's an easy walk to the hospital and nearby restaurants and shops. There is a small l-shaped fenced in yard. A small dog is fine with a $150 deposit, a cat and larger dog will be considered with a pet reference.

The space

It's very close to St. Charles Hospital, restaurants, and parks. It's newly furnished and ready for your stay to enjoy Bend. Ideal for 1-2 people, the 2nd room is set up as an office with a single futon bed. Small dogs under 30 lbs are fine, but we prefer a pet reference for larger dogs. This unit was recently converted into a furnished unit with all new furnishings. Neighborhood: Walk to St Charles Hospital,<br />Lots of restaurants and shopping close by, dog parks.
