At $3,000/month, your rent covers it all - utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and YouTube TV all included - so there are no separate bills to set up or sort out while you're here. St. Charles Medical Center is just a 15-minute drive, an easy daily commute for healthcare professionals. We're Ian and Kristy, local homeowners - not a management company. We've owned and loved this cottage since 1996, we're responsive and easy to reach, and we genuinely want your time in Bend to feel like home from day one.

The space

Cozy, characterful 1917 cottage - 2 bedrooms plus a Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 6. Historic warmth with the modern comforts you need for a longer stay: fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, sun-lit corners that work well for remote work, and smart TVs with YouTube TV. Private fenced backyard with a gas fire pit, plus off-street parking for two. Pet-friendly (fence 3-6 ft; $300 deposit, $100 non-refundable). A smaller-scale, authentic home in an unbeatable location. Neighborhood: You'll be living in Old Town Bend - the city's most walkable neighborhood, and the spot locals call the "Sweet Spot."
