This is our primary residence. Each fall, we leave for warmer weather for 2 to 3 months. Thus, the home and kitchen are fully furnished. 3 levels. Main level: kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bedroom, and full bathroom. Upstairs: master bedroom, full bath, and laundry room. Downstairs: home theater and a small workout room. Sunroom with hot tub. Super close to Drake Park and downtown. Ideal location to walk to grocery stores, restaurants, brewpubs, etc.
