Furnished home on the south side of Bend. Ideal for someone who enjoys a relaxing yard, pond with geese and the occasional osprey. there is an irrigation canal on the back side of the property so there is a feel of water close by. There is a fully furnished kitchen which are available for use and personal space for anyone staying as a guest (roommate). Electric range and cast iron cookware. A woodstove is the primary source of heat. I have all the firewood needed to keep the house warm. Outside there is a garden and greenhouse. I am open to sharing garden space and utilizing what space there is. The lot is 0.78 acres so there is plenty of parking. There is space in the garage for things as needed. Those of us who live in Bend, we all have toys! I am a father of two children and a friendly cat. You would get to know all of us.

220 ft² furnished room in a 3 bed 2 bath home. Furnishings-Queen Bed, love seat, small dresser drawer, tv, closet. open to options as needed. Currently a shared bathroom, kitchen, living space (Bathroom space open to possibilities). I live at the house and share the space with my two children who live here week on / week off.
