A brand-new multi-split system provides efficient heating and air conditioning throughout the home, keeping you comfortable year-round. Pets are welcome, and the quiet environment makes it easy to rest and recharge between workdays. My 10 acres and the surrounding 53 acres are an unofficial elk reserve. When there is grass there will be elk coming through. It can vary from 10 to 100. Last year it started with about 40. 13 were left behind as a calving group. Ten of the 13 went off to calf. A month later there were ten little ones. Weeks later there were fifty. Through the summer they were here a lot and mowed all the grass. They give you lots of space. If you move slowly within the house they will feed at the edge of the deck. They are a joy to watch.

The space

I have a nice office desk and a professional duty office chair with a carpet mat in the garage if needed. Neighborhood: I have 3 sets of neighbors since we all have sizable properties. Only one house is visible and that is from the front door. During the Spring and Summer that view is blocked by Aspen trees.<br />To the north across S century Dr. is Thousand Trail Resort. Not much of this is seen due to a very tall berm.
