The stone farmhouse was built in 1937 and lies at the foot of miles of trails on national forest land. It is a cozy, lovely, updated house, fully furnished with all the amenities. Not far from town, but far enough to be a slice of quiet heaven. Plenty of outdoor opportunities just out the front door, biking, hiking -- tons of area to explore!
The space
4 BR Cozy, small stone cottage on 15 acres of land at the end of Tumalo Reservoir Road. Miles of trails just beyond the drive. There is a large garage on the property and parking is available for one car only, other space negotiable. There is currently a horse on the property and shelter for a second horse who are easy on old fences (also negotiable). It is located on the west side of Bend, 20 minutes outside of town, about 3 miles from the center of Tumalo.
