Choice of 3 bedrooms, (3 up, 1 down). Very nice home in quiet area very close to Shopping, Trader Joes, Winco, Best Buy, Natural Grocers, Home Depot, new Costco. Recreational areas, Deschutes river 1/3 mi (walk). Tumalo state park 3 miles away. Riley Ranch nature preserve 1 mile, Mtb trails out the driveway, Mt Bachelor ski area 35 minutes away. St Charles Hospital 3.25mi. No smokers or heavy alcohol . I am a medical traveler and likely gone for weeks and or months. Full use of garage and massive play room, Pool table, ping pong, large work desk. I do come home for a few days or a week every few months.
