Welcome to my home. I have loved this house for its mid-century charm and convenient location. Pilot Butte, a great local hike and city landmark, is blocks away and visible from the front of the house. The iconic Three Sisters, usually snow-capped, are in view as soon as you turn onto nearby Greenwood. Juniper park is only one house away. I am working on xeriscaping the yard and creating a wildlife haven with native plants and plenty of flowers. The unit includes field guides to local flora and fauna and I am happy to share my favorite local hikes and loan out inner-tubes to float the river. My entrance and carport space is on the right, yours is on the left. There is some road noise from the busy street, but the sleeping area of the ADU is protected. I am a quiet neighbor and have no pets except for my four beloved, quiet hens in the backyard. They are confined to their coop and run except for supervised free-range time. The back yard is fully fenced and includes a shared patio with firepit.
