Two modern, height-adjustable sit-stand desks, a printer, and fast Wi-Fi help you stay connected. When the workday ends, settle in for a movie or catch a game on the 75-inch TV. A Peloton exercise bike is also available for use; please bring compatible cycling shoes and your own active Peloton subscription and login credentials. PARKING Tenants have use of two bays in the three-car garage, which features an epoxy floor. The third bay is reserved for the owners' covered vintage Jeep. Additional parking is available in the driveway and on the street where permitted. RENT & UTILITIES Rent includes furnishings, the listed home amenities, Wi-Fi, and all utilities except electricity. Electricity is the tenant's responsibility; the owners will forward the electric bill for reimbursement. Peloton membership is not included.
