Independent and private studio apartment located within spacious single family home in quiet residential neighborhood in SW Bend. Main home has a large front yard with lots of trees creating a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. Careful thought has been given to equipping the space with the furniture and appliances needed for a comfortable stay. The studio has lots of natural light and is set up with a fresh modern look and feel and includes lots of storage space. A cozy outdoor patio space has been set up in the front yard for the tenant to use. Easy street parking right in front of the main home. Weekly access to laundry facilities included as well as once weekly use of our infrared sauna. We also offer space in our backyard shed for storing a bicycle and/or snow sport equipment. Strategically located, the studio is only a quick 10 min walk from the Deschutes River Trail as well as the Old Mill District where you can find shopping, dining, and exercise spaces. Downtown is a quick 5 min drive away. Very easy access to the 97 Parkway from Powers Road which makes it convenient for anyone working in other areas of the city. And if you love visiting the mountains or skiing in winter, we are situated a quick 30 min drive away from the Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort. Please note that we have a large friendly Bernese Mountain dog in our home, so our studio would not be appropriate for someone with allergies, or who does not like animals. In addition, we routinely pet sit other dogs. One dog who is completely house broken and very well socialized will be considered. Surrounded by old growth trees and close to the Deschutes River walking trail and Old Mill, the studio is equipped with new and modern furniture and appliances to make your stay comfortable. During warmer seasons, the tenant will also be able to enjoy a private patio area in the front yard of our home which offers a peaceful spot to have a meal or get some work done. Neighborhood: Calm and quiet family friendly neighborhood just minutes walking distance from the Deschutes River Trail and the Old Mill.
