Rates depend on length of stay and time of year. 30 day stays range from $7,500 (November, January, February) to $15,000 (July-August).

The space

Two level townhome. Primary on main level along with kitchen, living room, half bathroom, office (which currently has trundle bed (sleeps another two, best for kids). Downstairs features two bedrooms, full bathroom, and central area with pool table. Hot tub located outside on this level. Decks on both levels with amazing views of trees and mountains. Neighborhood: Perfect location, 15 minute walk to Old Mill shops and amphitheater. 20 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor.
