My home is well suited for up to 4 people with great indoor and outdoor space for living and relaxing. The location is prime for exploring the town of Bend, or getting out into nature fairly quickly. Everything within Bend is about 15-20 minutes away at most. Looking for 30-60 day rentals as this is my primary home. The home has 2 bedrooms that are at opposite ends of the house. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed and has a closet for hanging clothes. The bathroom for this bedroom is located directly outside the bedroom door and is the shared bathroom in the common space of the home. The kitchen is well stocked with all kitchen appliances, dishes and tools that you need. The main living space is open between the living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a sliding door out onto a deck with additional seating/table for outdoor dining with cafe lights. The fully fenced yard has a grass area with a gate out to the front yard, and a rock area that wraps around to the garage door with a dog door. There is a 2nd dog door to get into the house if you'd like your dog to be able to come and go as needed. The garage has storage for your toys if needed. We can discuss access to bikes, paddleboards, etc... if needed. There is a gym area with small dumbells and a yoga mat. I like to cast my workout onto the large TV. The space

The home is on a quiet street that does not connect to or back up to any major roads. Brookswood Road is behind the neighbors house, but the traffic noise does not come over to my house unless it's a really loud car. There is a neighborhood playground next door to my house so you will see people walking to get to the playground and occasionally the friendly noise of kids playing. It's a very friendly neighborhood with a mixture of owners and renters throughout.
